The BeamCUBE Fixed-Attenuator Module (BCUBE) provides fixed attenuation and a beam pickoff to help attenuate the laser beam before it enters one of our LaserCam-HR II Camera Profilers. Optical filter elements have have 1/10th wave flatness specifications to minimize wavefront distortion when multiiple elements are employed in the beam path.

The BCUBE utilizes the front surface reflection from an uncoated laser mirror to achieve beam samples at 2% to 10% of the incident laser power, depending upon the beam polarization. Multiple BCUBEs can be coupled together for even higher fixed attenuation levels. The BCUBE is often used in conjunction with a Barrel Set PN 1098426 and a C-VARM PN 33-3328-000.
